Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Celery, chopped
- ¼ cup Red Onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 slices Bread
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Spread the chicken salad mixture evenly onto 4 slices of bread.
Top with the remaining 4 slices of bread to make sandwiches.
Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
