- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
- 1 cup Apples, diced
- 1 cup Grapes, halved
- ½ cup Walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, apples, grapes, and walnuts.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
