- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Celery, chopped
- ¼ cup Red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 Tortillas
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken salad mixture onto each one.
Top with shredded lettuce.
Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
