Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chicken and cook until it's no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the bell pepper, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
  6. 6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well-coated and heated through.
  7. 7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
