Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 8 pieces Tortillas small

Toppings

  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Add the sliced chicken to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
  6. 6. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  7. 7. Assemble the tacos by placing the chicken on the tortillas and adding your favorite toppings.
