Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add diced tomatoes and kidney beans. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
