Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • ½ cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Add the remaining oil to the skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add peas and carrots, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
  6. Add scrambled eggs and green onions. Stir to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
