- 200 g Vermicelli rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snow peas)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1. Soak vermicelli rice noodles in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
4. Add soaked noodles to the wok, followed by soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
5. Drizzle sesame oil over the noodles, give it a final toss, and serve hot.
