- 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 0.75 cup granulated sugar
- 0.75 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
