Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ¼ cup Cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until the waffles are crisp and cooked through.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
