Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the carrots and bell peppers, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the bean sprouts and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
