Ingredients 

Pancake Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter

Cinnamon Swirl

  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  3. 3. For the cinnamon swirl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a small bowl.
  4. 4. Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle. Swirl a spoonful of the cinnamon mixture onto the pancake.
  5. 5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon mixture.
