Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together garlic, anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
Slowly whisk in olive oil until dressing is emulsified.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with dressing, croutons, and additional grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
