Instructions
In a small bowl, bloom the gelatin in 2 tablespoon of water.
In a saucepan, heat the brewed coffee and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving cups.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Serve chilled, optionally with whipped cream.
