Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brewed coffee cooled
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoon Water for blooming gelatin

Instructions 

  1. In a small bowl, bloom the gelatin in 2 tablespoon of water.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the brewed coffee and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving cups.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Serve chilled, optionally with whipped cream.
