Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Corned Beef Brisket
  • 1 head Cabbage cut into wedges
  • 6 units Carrots peeled and cut into pieces
  • 10 units Small Red Potatoes halved
  • 1 unit Onion quartered
  • 4 cups Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place corned beef in a large pot and cover with water.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for 2 hours.
  3. 3. Add potatoes, carrots, and onion. Cook for another 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cabbage and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove meat and let rest for 15 minutes. Slice and serve with vegetables.
