- 1 cup Crab meat fresh or canned
- 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, shredded cheese, and beaten eggs.
Add the milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
