Ingredients

  • 10 oz fresh spinach washed and dried
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup sliced almonds toasted

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh spinach, dried cranberries, and toasted sliced almonds.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
