Creme Brulee French Toast

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup sugar
- 8 slices bread preferably brioche or challah
- ¼ cup brown sugar for topping
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar.
Arrange the bread slices in a baking dish.
Pour the custard mixture over the bread, making sure each slice is well-coated.
Let the bread soak for at least 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the top of the soaked bread.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the custard is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
