Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another dish, beat eggs.
  4. Place flour in a third dish.
  5. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with panko mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Brown chicken on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
