- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add chopped spinach and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
