Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Cuban bread
  • 8 slices Roast pork
  • 8 slices Ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Mustard
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 8 slices Pickles

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Slice the Cuban bread in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Spread mustard on the inside of each half.
  4. 4. Layer the roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles on the bottom half of the bread.
  5. 5. Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich.
  6. 6. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich.
  7. 7. Place the sandwich in the skillet and press down with a spatula.
  8. 8. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  9. 9. Slice the sandwich in half and serve hot.
