- 2 large cucumbers sliced thin
- 1 medium onion sliced thin
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
1. Slice cucumbers and onion thinly.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add sliced cucumbers and onion to the bowl. Toss to coat.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
