Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch dandelion greens washed and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add dandelion greens, cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with lemon wedges.
