  • ¼ cup Diced Onion
  • ¼ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the diced ham, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  4. 4. Pour the eggs into the skillet. Cook until the eggs start to set.
