  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Once melted, pour the batter into the skillet.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the Dutch Baby is puffed and golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
