Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 medium Bell Peppers, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 4 pieces Hoagie Rolls

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Spoon the mixture into hoagie rolls and serve hot.
