  • ½ cup Unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup Brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat-treat the flour by microwaving it in 30-second intervals until it reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. 3. Mix in the vanilla extract and milk until combined.
  4. 4. Gradually add the heat-treated flour, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. 5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
