Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Spinach, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the cheese, bell pepper, spinach, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
