Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Stir in the shredded carrots and cabbage, and cook until tender.
  4. 4. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix well.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
