  • 6 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Chives
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 slices Bread

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Cool them in ice water.
  2. 2. Peel and chop the eggs. Place them in a bowl.
  3. 3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, chives, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. 4. Spread the egg salad on four slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices.
