- 2 cups Fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Milk
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. Blend the strawberries until smooth.
2. In a large bowl, mix the strawberry puree, heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
