Main Ingredients
- 200 g Fideo pasta
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 400 g Tomato sauce
- 500 ml Chicken broth
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the fideo pasta and cook until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Pour in the tomato sauce and chicken broth, stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
