Filipino Chicken Sopas Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups macaroni noodles
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- to taste salt and pepper
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
Add carrots and celery, cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Add macaroni noodles and cook until tender.
Stir in evaporated milk, season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
