Ingredients

  • 1 lb White fish fillets cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Diced potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the diced potatoes and fish stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Add the fish chunks and cook until the fish is opaque and cooked through.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat through but do not boil.
  6. 6. Serve hot with crusty bread.
