- 1 lb Roast beef, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 rolls French rolls
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, heat the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder over medium heat until simmering.
Add the roast beef slices to the skillet and heat until warmed through.
Place the French rolls on a baking sheet and top each with a slice of provolone cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the rolls are toasted, about 5 minutes.
Remove the rolls from the oven and fill each with the warm roast beef slices.
Serve the sandwiches with a small bowl of the au jus from the skillet for dipping.
