Fried Rice with Ham
A quick and easy fried rice recipe with ham, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup Diced ham
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Green onion chopped
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same wok, add remaining oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add diced ham and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add frozen peas and carrots, cook until tender.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and scrambled eggs. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
