Main Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until they start to set.
4. Add the feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and spinach on one half of the omelet.
5. Fold the other half of the omelet over the filling and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
