Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Green chilies roasted and chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the pork shoulder. Cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the roasted green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
