- 2 slices Cheese Cheddar or American
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Place cheese between the un-mayoed sides of the bread.

4. Cook the sandwich until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
