- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, and black pepper.
2. Place chicken breasts in the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
