- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 pieces Sandwich Buns
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 1 piece Tomato sliced
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Toast the sandwich buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, and grilled chicken.
