Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwich Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 Italian sausages
- 4 Hoagie rolls split
- 1 cup Marinara sauce warmed
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Green bell pepper sliced
- 1 Onion sliced
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
While sausages are grilling, sauté the bell pepper and onion in a pan until tender.
Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing a sausage in each roll, topping with marinara sauce, sautéed peppers and onions, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
