Burger Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef 80% lean
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 pieces Burger buns toasted
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
Brush mushrooms with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt.
Grill patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
Grill mushrooms for about 3-4 minutes per side.
Top each patty with a slice of Swiss cheese and let it melt.
Assemble burgers with grilled mushrooms on toasted buns.
