Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef 80% lean
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 pieces Burger buns toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Brush mushrooms with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt.
  4. Grill patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  5. Grill mushrooms for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Top each patty with a slice of Swiss cheese and let it melt.
  7. Assemble burgers with grilled mushrooms on toasted buns.
