Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

- 2 slices Bread
- 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1 Banana sliced
- 1 tablespoon Butter for grilling
Spread peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place banana slices on top of the peanut butter on one slice of bread.
Top with the other slice of bread, peanut butter side down.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
