Grilled Rock Lobster Tails Recipe
A simple and delicious recipe for grilled rock lobster tails.

Main Ingredients
- 4 rock lobster tails about 8 ounces each
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Using a sharp knife, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center. Pull apart shells slightly, and season meat with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up. Grill for 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm to the touch.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately with additional melted butter if desired.
