Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 rock lobster tails about 8 ounces each
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center. Pull apart shells slightly, and season meat with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  4. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up. Grill for 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm to the touch.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately with additional melted butter if desired.
