- 4 links Italian sausage
- 2 bell peppers (sliced) any color
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, toss the sliced peppers and onions with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the sausages on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
While the sausages are cooking, place the peppers and onions in a grill basket or on a piece of foil. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Serve the grilled sausages with the peppers and onions.
