  • 2 bell peppers (sliced) any color
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced peppers and onions with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the sausages on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  4. While the sausages are cooking, place the peppers and onions in a grill basket or on a piece of foil. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
