  • 2 cups Milk Use any milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Optional, for sweetness
  • 1 pinch Black pepper Enhances turmeric absorption

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of black pepper.
  3. 3. Whisk the mixture continuously until it is hot but not boiling.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and add honey if using. Stir well.
  5. 5. Pour into cups and serve warm.
