Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup flour
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the diced onion until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the diced ham and potatoes to the pot.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and flour until smooth. Add to the pot and stir well.
  5. 5. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until the soup thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
