Instructions
1. In a large pot, sauté the diced onion until translucent.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and flour until smooth. Add to the pot and stir well.
5. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until the soup thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
