Hamburger Potato Casserole Recipe
A hearty and comforting casserole made with hamburger and potatoes.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups sliced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
In a baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, then half of the ground beef mixture. Repeat layers.
Spread cream of mushroom soup over the top layer. Cover with foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove foil, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
