Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Diced Carrots
  • 2 cups Diced Celery
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced carrots and celery. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the diced tomatoes (with juice), beef broth, and frozen corn. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Season with dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
